Donald is oblivious to his unpopularity in California. Despite believing he's a movie star he takes a trip to gain votes, but finds chaos at every turn - from failing to pay Secret Service bills to sleeping with someone's sister in 1972. He manages to get help from the Don of the Italian mafia, but always seems to offend him as well. In the end, only a miracle can save Donald from this mess.
